Parental Questionnaires

Throughout the academic school year, we ask all our parents to complete a parental questionnaire form.

This form gives our parents the opportunity to provide us with valuable feedback on a variety of issues so we can use to help us  improve the service that we offer to our families and their children. The questionnaire results also help us with our School Self Evaluation Form, which is a Ofsted requirement.
