Your 2 Year Old Could be Eligible for Free Early Education!

If you are in receipt of at least one of the benefits listed below, it could mean that you are entitled to free early education for your two year old child the term following their 2nd birthday:

♦ Income Support or Income Based Job Seekers Allowance

♦ Guarantee Pension Credits

♦ Income related Employment & Support Allowance

♦ Support under part VI of the Immigration & Asylum Act 1999

♦ OR if you claim Working Tax Credit (WTC) and earn less than £16,190

What is it?

You can access up to 15 hours free early education per week for 38 weeks of the year, funded by Lancashire County Council.

Who provides it?

Nurseries, play groups or child minders that are registered with Ofsted to care for 2 year old children and meet our quality standards.
